Bowen Bridges has been immersed in Magnolia Rental since childhood, growing up surrounded by its values of quality, service, and community. His greatest passion lies in event design, where his vision blends tradition with innovation. Today, Bowen focuses on leading behind the scenes, introducing new ideas, creative product lines, and cutting-edge trends, while nurturing the talented teams that bring every event to life.

Third-Generation Business Owner
Reed Hargrove was raised on the values of hard work, integrity, and community. He knows great businesses are built by great people, which is why he prioritizes hiring skilled, dedicated teams who take pride in their work. With a hands-on sales experience and an ability for building relationships, Reed continues to expand Magnolia Rental’s reach and evolve its offerings—one customer, one project, and one relationship at a time.

Caitlyn
Director of Design & Marketing
Caitlyn leads the company’s design direction, managing the entire client experience from initial inquiry through final design approval. She ensures brand standards are met and serves as the primary liaison between the Design and Operations teams.

Tammye
Senior Designer
Tammye is responsible for the technical development of event designs, including creating detailed CAD layouts and renderings, confirming inventory availability, and ensuring design concepts are operationally feasible.

Caleb
Director of Operations
Caleb oversees all logistical, preparation, and on-site execution aspects of the event flow. He serves as the Operations Bridge, ensuring finalized designs are translated into safe, feasible, and on-time project execution by the field teams.

Field Supervisor
Nick, the Field Supervisor, is the key leader for all on-site activities, managing field crews and ensuring the safe, high-quality setup, installation, and teardown of events according to finalized specifications.
